Yep, definately look into Bacchus Marsh club. I was a member there for two years. Not sure how it works now but I had my own key and could ride from 9am till 6pm or sundown in winter 7 days a week as long as there were no races or coaching days on. Mt Kottrel (Melton MX club) if it's still open isn't that bad either.
