I am going to look at a bike tomorrow and I want to buy it, but I am abit dubious about it, I think it may be stolen.
What avenues do I have to go down to look into the history of the bike? He said he purchased the bike new, so I am going to find out the dealer and then ring the dealer and check if his name comes up with the matching bike.
anything else I could do?
Thanks in Advance,
Kyle.

ask for the papers that say he bought the bike, like the big docket thing. if he dosnt have that then i would be sus, especialy since he said he bought it from a dealer.

they dont grind the numbers off, because then its obvious the bike is stolen. they mostly change the numbers on it. etc.. they change a 3 to an 8
