ok for all the ppl havin problems wit their pipes from fallen off this is how i got rid of the problem...

my mates pipe is always coming off on his 05 thumpstar. but i have an 04 and it hasn't budged once

k here we go...
in the picks i done in paint the dark lines are where i drilled holes in the pipes.

OK first of all take the pipe and end barrel off..

k put both pipe and the barrel bit together and drill 3 holes where they meet together like in the pics..
then get 3 screws larger then the holes and screw them into the pipes so they are nice and tight

THen get a thing like what holds the pod filter on and put it over the screws and tighten it up really tight..

I did this so the screws would not wind themselves out..

good idea but did u mention that your fiddy now shoots nice blue flames now? lol

ya lol the blue flames look sik.ha ha.. and the back wheel is nearly touchin my back mud guard..i think i might get her fixed up. ya diggsy i will take a photo of it before i pull it all apart so u can see what it looks like..lol
