Lookin pimpingly smooth Danny, cant wait to throw the 450 around on that :)...Although, as with a lot of your setups, there is a major lack of safety decks on those downies.

Now I'm not sure if that's how ya make em, cause it's a replicant track, and that's how they were in real life, or not. Alls i know is, it's a lot more fun if there's some flattop on those bad boyz...either way, cant wait to go for a strap :cool:

Yeah that's pretty much how all indoor downies are, especially in the US. Although from what I've seen of them, the downramps should widen out a bit as they go to the bottom, as that's just the way dirt falls pretty much as well as a safety measure for whip tricks... Although I admit I probably haven't seen the VTC course in mention.

Is that the full resolution of the texture? I think it'd be sick to have it even bigger and therefore sharper, with the detail that's in it... Also, if possible make a few rogue tyre marks around the arena rather than just the designated paths. It'll add character to the course and help with the monotony of the plain dirt on the ground.:cool:

Now all we need is hotseats and extensive modding to the game and we'll feel like we're at a real US comp!:D

no worries brad there's a safety deck on em ( you can tell ingame)

Yeah, i dont "hate" those style of downramps, i dont mind the short decks actually, adds more of a skill factor to nailin a nice run, gotta be smooth about it ;). There's plenty of other compounds around with massive safety decks on em if i feel like comin up short lol...

Is that the rider/bike sillohette i spot ontop of that downie?... if so, is it just me, or does the scale of the downies look rather big?...meh it may just be me, or the angle, or somethin..I'll save judgment till i get to throw the 450 around on it :cool:...after all, Motivation has all these factors, and i love that lil setup.

haha yes that is the rider. the scale LOOKS big, but all setups do. John is looking for the ramps he was going to use on his VTC rep which are smaller than the ramps i have now, so the scale will most liely drop if he finds them:)

Glad to hear about the scale issue, those ramps look too steep anyway I think. Should be good when the size is all sorted... Has the stadium got a roof or what? Cause it looks like it's daytime in all the pics so far.

Personally i dont like dark inclosed stadiums, they make it a b!tch to get any decent screenshots.

From that last screenshot, it looks like it's comin along very nicely....got an estimated time of arrival chief?

well i got a ramp from rob, and i got a good scale. the only problem is hes gotta find the others. so i should have a pic when i get home from school of the new scale. all i got now is ramps on it, but it does feel better, and rides ALOT tighter and ALOT more FUN!

new scale, no obs except ramps. its so much better now :)

btw i still gotta get the kicker ramp and the other ramps w/ the other logos on the skirts
