Crusty Global Assualt on Brisvegas

So feel free to read on....

Well, Well, Well people, It's Sunday night, and i have just returned from a kickass weekend. It kicked off Friday morning when Mungoman M and myself hit the road heading towards Mungoman422 & Mungoman58's Pad, located at the beautiful GoldCoast, QLD. We arrived there at 3pm to be greeted by the boyz and other crew members, Mungoman G & Mungoman 111. All up we had 6 outta the 10 Mungo crew ready to rumble. We all started drinkin and catchin up with eachother. This lasted till 1am where we all retired to bed. Saturday morning came and we all had a feed, and decided to go cruise the streets and shopping centres creating havoc ;) hehe. This lasted till 4pm. Now this is where the REAL fun begins. Time to get ready for the CRUSTY GLOBAL ASSAULT TOUR BRISVEGAS STOP. We all got ready and headed to the train station. Got on our train and arrived at Boondal Brisbane Entertainment centre at 6:30pm. Security officers where at the entrance, and administered a "pat down" frisk of everyone who entered, checking for weapons and the like. Anyways, after that "breif" encounter, hehe, we had enough time to casually walk in, grab a feed and Meet up with Mungoman188 and other friends. Doors opened a bit after 7pm. We all cruized in and found our seats. Now we could relax and scope out the course. (See pic below for course outline). There were 4 bikes sitting ontop of each portable downramp, and a desert setting with clouds rolling over it, playing over and over again with annoying bell sounds on the main TV Screen hanging over head, in the middle of the stadium. 7:45pm arrived and the show started, Because this is the 1st stop of the Crusty tour, i wont Ruin anything for those who want to enjoy everything thats coming your way, therefor i wont say too much about what happens. Lets just say, Coffins, Fog, Lighting effects, Killer Music, including an insane session from Superhiest, who are friggin unreal, live. Freaks, dancing chicks (HOT!!! :D:D) & World record attempts are just the tip of the iceberg of what was on offer at the Saturday night show, But due to this years tour being completly Choreographed, I'm assuming each show will be the same. It was all over by 10:45, and the riders were later in the Foyer ready to sign anything you wished them too. All Mulisha and Crusty tour merchandise were on sale around the Lobby. Overall the show was absolutly BRILLIANT, 10 times, no, no 100 times better than the last tour and worth Twice as much as what we payed. So after all that excitment, it was another 2 hr train trip back to the GoldCoast, so we had enough time to discuss everything we had witnessed, but by the time we DID get home, we were all more than ready to hit the hay. Sunday morning we packed our shit up, thanked the boyz, for housing us for the weekend and headed on our merry old way back home.
Due to the rule of NO CAMERA'S OF ANY DISCRIPTION being allowed in, I dont have ANY pictures for you unfortunatly :(. So there ya's go, thats about as much as I'm willing to reveal, just cause, like i said, i dont want to wreck anything for the people who have yet to experience the tour. I hope everyone else that went to either the Friday or Saturday night show so far enjoyed themselves just as much if not more than i did. :D:D

Yeah, yeah, yeah, i know i missed out 1 thing i know your all wanting to know......did ANYONE pull the flip, well, like i said, i dont want to ruin it for anyone, so your just gunna have to wait and see for yourself if anyone outta the group steps up....

Yeah, i forgot to mention aswel, the only serious crashes so far was 1 sustained by Leigh Harriman. While practising the course, he came up short on the main double, which i believe was around 90ft, crashed really hard and is in the hospital getting his liver taken out. :(

theres still tiks for the sydney shows but ahhh its just 80 bucks more to save towards a new bike and truck so i dont think i'm gunna go

Cool pix Gumby, but I'm kinda a bit annoyed, not at you or anything, just in general........how the hell did you manage to get a camera IN, in the 1st place, let alone use it without gettin caught???, I got searched AKA... "Frisked", "patted down" whatever else ya wanna call it, before i even got let into the stadium. and the last time the Crusty tour was on, the security wasn't anywhere near as "vicious", I managed to get a handycam and 2 normal camera's in............BUT...........soon as i went to use em, BAM security where all over me like an Ethiopian on a Smartie.

mungo man the secret is to wear baggies which are two sizes too big for ya in my case i had fox metroplis pants which have big pockets i carried my didgcam in one and my cuz's slr in the other they searched her bag but didnt say anything about bulgin pockets although i lost count of how many times i nearly lost my duds due to the weight in me pockets
and when we were in the dome never even seen any security gaurds were we were sitting and even seen a few dudes wit video cams and stuff sitting in the crowd:D

Yeah, i dunno if i would have been able to get away with that, they searched all my pockets aswel, only had my wallet and mobile in em, but still.........THEN where we were sitting was at the back of where the stairs end, ya know, where ya walk into the stadium (might be different in Sydney), so thats where the security was standin all damn night.

Anywho enough about how we couldn't get camera's in, and more pix and video from the people who DID get em in, nice work Ms. 329 :D your 1 sly lil minx ;)
