i got most of it for free but had to buy 2 bits which cost me $20 which was cheap for the two bits i got ... if you were paying all up i reckon the steel would cost about $300 but dont quote me on that ... it was piss easy to make too... i'd never welded before and now i'm a pro

GOD DAMN IT, it's times like these i wish i had my CAD software up and runnin at home here. I got a few designs pretty much 3/4 finished & done to scale. Steel thickness, Wood thickness, length everything, even bolt holes, right down to the last millimetre..................... but i cant access them till i get a new version of CAD. I'm hopefully gettin the newest 04 version soon people, THEN we shall see some ramp plans :D :D

Oh, but those ones look snazy too man, as long as ya can work off em i guess, I'm jut a perfectionist, just ask anyone that knows me and the shit i have made for em...................Dan..........;)

ha yeah mine are just a hand drawn version of rick distlers rev 1 with the measurements in mm instead of inches and also its been changed a bit cause rick's design had a bit of a hump at the start so i got rid of it ..... they weren't that scrappy... just didn't scan to well ..... but they've got All the info anyone needs if they wanna build a ramp like mine. :)

if ya gonna charge people, ya might wanna make sure that the are in perspective. that one a bit out'of wack ;) :p

i don't think theres much of a market for just simple plans cause you can get em anywhere on the net ... the full sized plans with build guide and that are a good idea though ...

lol, yeah, that was my first time trying 3d drawings. i normally go 2d, with full dimensions etc..

I make my ramp plans the same as you Yammy_85, and they arn't 3D, they're only projected 2D drawings, yet still do the job rather nicely for something pretty to look at. All mine are 100% to scale including steel thickness' used also. I have actually started to teach myself proper 3D modeling for my ramps and it's payin off, cause they're so much more versatile and look a shitload better. But anywho, nice work on your plans, and i dont think they look too much outta scale really :) and you'll find if ya do it 100% to scale, ya can get full dimensions on them aswel down to .000 of a millimetre ;), even better than flat plans.

hehe, who me?, never, LOL.

I just seen the term "3D" gettin thrown around a bit and, well, it isn't, not sayin the plans don't look nice and work like a charm, cause they do  but they're not 3D.
