In case anyone was interested i have answered my own question... The band is One Minute Silence (from the UK) and the song is Rise and Shine!

Another good song by them is "A Day in the life of". It's out of an FMX Vid I've got. But cause I've got a shitload of em, I cant remember which one it's out of. Good song anyways.
