i know this has probably come up before but about how much steel do i need to build an aussie comp ramp? thanks

Your looking at about 70-80m of steel. I'm sure someone else can go into a bit more detail about it. *Look's at The Snitz, Mungo, Andy, Grant*:p

G'day Socalfmx, Yeah if you stick to 80 metres of steel you should comfortably be able to do the aussie comp ramp, with a little bit left over. It all depends on how many supports you put in.
Also the metal you need should be at least 40x40x2.6mm
(Or 1.5 inch x 1.5 inch with a fairly thick wall thickness) Just so the supports are actually strong enough and you know they won't bend :)
