Got up early this morning and charged down to the local Bmx and skate park..........so much fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thats alrite, looks like u had heaps of fun! i want to take a 50 down to our local dirt park but
1. i dont have a 50
2. u would be able to ride for about 15 minutes and the cops would be there!
3. the bmx riders would chase you with shovels for putting little little ruts in the jumps

so what if the cops come, a 50 is 49 cc and anything under 50 cc you dont have to have a liscence or register.

yeah well its not a skate park,it just a park,and the counicl put a heap of dirt there so we could make jumps,and the guys who jump there pushy,r all friends and ride 50s there to,and for the cops,they only come because all the old people around the area r always ring them up,cause they r shit heads

ya can be fined simply coz ya on Crown land NOT a public road

and if ya open ya eyes next time ya at a skate park ya will see a sign that says what can and cant be used there

example is the one wesa is on has a sign that says rollerblades , bicycles and skateboards ....... nothing about powered bicycles or motorcycles

also i think the cc size ya quoting could be wrong not 100% but think a thing in paper here has it that ya need to register and licence even pocket bikes (im talking Victoria)

yeah it was on the news or in the papers or somethin.I heard them say somethin about every kids wish list including a pocket rocket and them saying parents be careful cause how fast they go and they even mentioned somethin about needing a license

u don't need a licence if it is under a certain amount of watts cause it is classed as a pushbike but a crf 50 has heaps more power then the limit so u need a licence

i dont see y the cops just dont leave us alone, we're not doing nething wrong, unless were doing burnouts on the road or something, as long as we dont endanger any body it should be good,,,thats wat i reakon,,,oh and that sk8 park looks like hell fun, ive done it at my local sk8 park on my m8s 50, fun as!!

on the 50 it woud be sweet though u could just keep ridin round in circles waitin for them to catch you and it would ware them out quick as..(just hope u dont get dizzy)....then you could get back in2 ridin wen there sittin on the seats puffed out

With the pocket bikes and 50's you can have it on the road un licensed and un helmeted but only if the bike is under 600 watts, if it is over that, the bike needs to be registered as a vehicle and you need a helmety and license.

That park is pretty cool, at my local park, i think no one would give a rats ass if you brought a fifty, because the bike riders would be lovin it if you were carving it up and hitting the ramps and the skaters and good people.Not tight asses like some skatres can be

im pretty sure u need a helmet mate...and if an engine is under 50cc like the standard crf is they dont need to be registered but a helmet is needed...i've had a cop pull me over on my 50 wen i was ridin along the footpath and he just told me to hope of and push it. although some cops can be f***heads about a simple thing like that

yeah a lot of people get pulled over for riding pushies with no helmets on. the cops have been letting our tyres down and telling us to walk home if we have no helmets on......funny thing is there is a servo just up the road when ever it happens so we just pump em up and ride home

nah guys 50's have to be registered and shit and no its not legal to ride at BMX tracks as its a public park or some shit like that.
trust me ive been busted riding at BMX tracks one to many times.

you guys should check out the knox BMX track, its real secluded so unless the track owners turn up then ur pretty free to ride there as long as u want.
