yeah i reckon it is a goer....it just take it a little longer becasue of the smaller bucket... but it can shape it when your done with the addition much better than a dozer could

my dad has a bobcat and i drive it all the time. mad fun. i drive it when sumtihng needs done at work sumtimes aswell. anyway u really need to dirt to be dumped by a tipper or sumthing couse unless the ground is really soft the can't dig dirt up for shit ocuse they are to small. but they are awesome for shapping.

nope.. you can use a bobcat for small down ramps, nothing over 2.2 high... its just too much of a job for the bobcats to do, might be alright for shaping, but def not goin up n down with dirt...

good luck

fmf honda.... yeah u can do it in a day, but the bobcats gettin mighty worked.... u can do it with a Cat 936 in a hour if the dirt is there...... excavators will get it high but not always wide enough...

kawa just give it a go.. im sure it will work, dependin on how big u want it an how fast u need it...

well we got the equipment to finish it but we thought we may as well give this a shot cos my mate is getting it with the operater for a slab for the whole day. later this week dad is going to pick up a 4metre scoop for the back of the tractor so i should have the finished product on display by the week end, if the digi camera doesnt **** up again.

lol yeh that mite hurt, anyway by chance our neibour had a 20 tonne excavator in so it has just been completed (the downramp) and it is huge!, 45foot base bout 3 and half metres high and plenty of safety deck. be posting pics 2morow of it in my other thread "my new downramp" so check it out.
