would it be alright to pipe bent the transition for my ramp?

No Definatly Not. Pipe benders arnt ment for bends. (not constant radius)

what are you talking about shiftboy? pipe benders would be but not exactly constant you could bend it every 20 cms or so and youll get it right

You could always do what I do..........bend it by hand, just get a firm grip and squeeze inwards towards ya body. This may not work for everyone, but I'm a pretty big boy, LOL.

lol, and yes ya can use pipe benders, as lee said all ya do is bend it every 20cms and mark the radius on the ground and check it every now and again

yeah you could do that for sure.

or use thinner metal for the tranni and get a few of ya mate to hang off it so it bends to the shape of the vertical supports.
