Every ramp cost is going to be different, and here's why:

* Size metal you use
* Cost of metal in your area
* If you pay someone else to build it
* Cost of wood in your area
* Size of wood you use
* How you bend the metal
* How much it costs to roll the metal if ya pay a dealership to do it.

and also there are a few supports missing in that pic.

99% of decently made / sized ramps will run ya anywhere from $450 upwards, and that's cheap steel / wood and welding it yourself.

steel-$360 cheaper becoz i ordered so much
ply-$250 off my dads friend coz he gets it for cost price
paint-$50
welding rods-$30
Steel SAW-$180 coz i didn't have one
and my dads friend had screws and bolts watever u wanna call it.
