DALLAS, TX - IFMA Freestyle Motocross Presented by XM Satellite Radio returned to Dallas bringing a new breed of talent. Myles Richmond, Adam Jones and Andy Jones competed for the first time at the American Airlines Center. It was the now veterans of the sport, Drake McElroy and Nate Adams that put on a show for the Dallas crowd.
Friday night saw Myles Richmond ride with the poise of a veteran, completing runs with his smooth style and flawless execution. After taking over the hot seat from Richmond, Nate Adams could only watch as Drake McElroy showed why he is one of the best in freestyle motocross. McElroy's score of 93.0 was enough to overtake the hot seat, leaving only Adam Jones to ride. Jones continued his hot streak, after winning both nights in Pittsburgh, edged out McElroy in Friday nights competition here in Dallas. Richmond ended up in fourth place followed by Andy Jones in fifth.
Adam Jones' hot streak ended after winning Friday night. After qualifying in the fourth position leading into the final, Jones missed two jumps causing him to finish in seventh place.
