When i whip, i usaly lay the bike down as im goin up then in the air twist my hips and fling the bike out.

Yes wicked umm old school pics there but yeah, wear a helmet, its no fun when your brains start to leak out of your head... Ask some of the other members about this place, Im sure they have had major brain leakage hahahaha

Nah seriously, accidents can happen at any speed, I remember reading about a pro racer who came off whilst riding/rolling to the pits.. knocked his head on a rock and now has to be fed mush through a straw and will never walk let alone ride again.. Aint worth it.. Wear a lid, please....
