How do you put new plastics onto old bike.

hey i am wondering if i can get like maybe a an 03-07 plastics onto my 98 ktm 380 ahaha i have been doing a little research to my understating i think i just have to get tank subframe and that should be it but not sure would the tank fit on my frame with out altering anything?

to be honest mate i doubt the sub frame or tank would fit ide just leave the 98 plastics on there
