25th and 26 of september me and a fiew mates are going to stocton beach for the weekend just wonna no if anyone is interested in heading over for the weekend? i have never riden on the beach before i have a paddle tyre is there anwthing els i will need other than the basics for the sand???

do you need to be rego'd to ride it?

i have herd that you can go to the rta and get a permit so that you can ride on the beach but if you have rego you can just get the permit from the servo at the beach

we head to stockton dunes once a year from brisbane
we spend 4 days ridin and havn fun
legally yes u need some kind of rego
we are in qld so its a bit different
but we still get rec rego etc
u cant ride everywhere as some places are restricted
and as for things u need. well a paddle tyre is a good start
we run sand steer front tyres too, but u dont really need them at all
and preferably a 250 2t or a 450
my first year i went took a 250f and yeh she struggled a little gettin up some big hills.
