What is the best way, or easiest way to set up suspension?
Does rasing or lowering the front make it easier or harder to turn?
What about rasing or lowering the seat height, ads and disads.

First, set your race sag up at 100mm. Why? because thats the best thing for the steering and the geometics of things.
Lowering the forks will make is harder to turn, therefore, reduces headshakes.
What bike do you ride Budlite and where abouts in Perth do you live?

with the race sag, i know you do it too the back of the bike, but do you do it too the front?

nope. then it defeats the purpose of doing it to the back. doing it to the front will just counteract it.
its all to do with the geometics.
