So you put your hard-earned into a cam and you find that it doesn't have a tough enough mount for the heavy landings you Freestyle freaks get up to - how much would that suck :questionm

At www.sportscamera.com.au we like to innovate and help our customers. A few people wanted a stronger bracket fitting for the Tachyon Micro XC (low priced cam for any crew on a budget, or who have a computer that doesn't handle the high def mp4 files, but shoots way good footage) than that which came from the factory.
We put our heads together and have manufactured a custom made stainless steel Bracket which will never break, is easily adapted to the XC Micro with an O-ring and fits into any GoPro mount. This then allows the Tachyon XC micro to be adapted to the wide range of fittings that GoPro make to get the best of both worlds.

To get hold of one of these beauties, just head to our website and you can easily buy anything you want online there.

If you have any ideas of how we can improve any of our products, always let us know. :ear:

I was speaking to 'Mr 'Sommerfeld this morning telling him one of the things we want is feedback on where he and Schui reckon any weaknesses are in the cams are as they come out of the box. He gave us heads up to another model that can do with some beefing up, so we're going to get onto that asap. thanks for the feedback Steve
Oh yeah, I know it isn't cam-related, but just scored the new PWD album, so pumped, haha.

Here are a couple of pics of the bracket made in our shed:
