hey guys.
so, i was just wondering basically what the setup difference is for a racer to an fmx bike? i know like the holes in the seat, but suspension would be similar cause they both jump far, acceleration similar, steering similar? whats the difference, and how would i set up a motox bike into an fmx bike?
Cheers
Josh

You start with a new stock bike only cut grab holes when you are gunna actually use em and cut down the seat when you are gunna really get long extentions on ya tricks and shit and only put wrist braces on it if you do back flips if you crash with em it hurts .With ya suspention just set em to hard if ya doing 50 footers but if you are going hard at it with 65 75 feet i sujest go to mpe or pro circurt and get some custom weight shocks and springs for you done up. power wise dont need to do anything really man all of these new modles have fast gearing and are all snappy anyways dont put high compression pistons in just a waste of time and money and actually cause more problems then they fix but id ya hell bent on modifying the motor dont go too drastic i found you forget how powerful you made it and over shoot everything at the last second and flat land everything.

So the difference between race and fmx is pretty high really do some research if ya gunna do it find someone that does fmx and talk to em . pretty much to look at it if ya buy a bike between 2007 till new if it is just stocko and you really want to do it as a show fmx bike add about 4 grand on top of what ya bought if for thats what i found others might say other wise but if its done the right way thats how it is.

Thats still around the 2400 mark . Now add custom brake calipers frount and back, Brembo manufacture and sell them at $750 a peice then you got your braided brake lines, pads, rotors it adds up say a whole after market kit will be around the 1900 mark in a deal then wheels 2000 for a set easy maybe more , then look at the frame work new flip out foot braces coming soon the list goes on aye, see im not bullshitting in my first comment i did say show bike im talking top of the line shit here if you just want to do it of a weekend and don't want to go pro show sure 2400 is the mark to throw on top but if you would like a top of the range bike most adult men would drool over then 4 to 5 k on top more for a fully tailer d bike is no BS . But zac you got a good gig seen your setup thats exactly all you need if your starting out im just looking at one extream super cross for example how much do you think they spend on their bikes i mean **** lol see what i mean. You would have to either have lots of cash for the bikes im trying to pump out and actually want to go somewhere big or just buy a used one off this awesome site all ive seen are really nice and under 10 thousand.
At start of next year in Brisvagus look out for FMX LOGISTICS in partnership
