How do I remove the facebook app?

FMX Aus keeps setting my gay facebook avatar as my avatar on here. How do I get rid of it?

User CP >> down bottom Facebook Bridge - click Options >> click the green "on" next to Synchronize Avatar, the very bottom option.. Should go red and say off... Click save.. :)
