Went for a tandem on monday and it was sik! pretty serene and chilled out catching thermals and soaring with the birds, the scenery where we went at beachmont (near canungra) was absolutely amazing to.
Anyone else been!
Im even considering buying one it only cost about 3000 for a good secondhand one and about 1500 to get a license if u buy your glider through the school!!
Whats more they only weigh about 5 kilos all up so u can trek/climb to the top of a mountain then take off and glide back to the bottom!

yeah man u can do a tandem for about half an hour and it costs 200 bucks wich is pretty exy but atleast u can have a little fly of it and decide if ya like it.
Im just stoked on it aye seems like a really cheap and rewarding sport to get into.
The dude who took me was uber expereinced at reading the winds by watching birds and all sorts of shit, it was pretty cool
