Lets get the obvious points out of the way first shall we... I'll ignore the fact this should be in the Grease Pit lol one of our lovely mods will move it soon I'm sure. Anyhoo, I'll ask these questions and we can work from there.
How heavy are you?
What kind of riding do you do on the bike? Do you jump big?
Do you clean around the seals and the fork tubes reasonably often?
Do you bleed the air from the forks every ride, or at least every 2nd or 3rd ride?
Let us know these answers and hopefully someone will be able to help you out.

im only 42 kgs lol. i dont race but i sorta thrash the crap out it on the jumps as its only a 1995 model. i never clean around the fork or bleed anything.i will probably from now on. lol. thanx for that GStylEr.

next time u do fork seals, replace the bushes aswell. if u do it yourself, try taking it to a bike shop.

in the new freerider there is a thing about cleaning the seals.

Yeah fair enough then. If you thrash it, crap happens, so that should partly explain things lol. If you bottom the forks out hard they will blow, as I've done a few times before I upgraded my springs. Do you have the manual for the bike? If so, read that and check the section about bleeding air from the forks. If not, look on the forks for a screw, it will probably be off center, most likely on the top of the tube. Undo that, you will probably hear air rush out. Then do it back up, not too tight though. Repeat for the other side.

Another tip for fork maintenance is that when you wash your bike, after you're finished spray some WD40 or similar up around the seals and give the forks a quick compress or 2. It helps with the dirt a bit, as well as keeping the water from ruining the seals and lubricating them. Then probably wipe the excess off the tubes so it doesn't attract too much dirt. Sounds like you don't care too much about the bike anyway the way you talked about it, so perhaps just give those a go and if they leak again just not worry about it for a while or something. Hope it works out.

do you haul it any where? like on a trailer cause if so maybe you are straping it down wrong. i mean like cranking the forks down do bottoming out so it cant bounce around. if so the way to fix it is to buy or build something to put between the front tire and the fender/bottom clamp. then it will just crank down against that not the fork seals.

heres what pc racing has, they all are basicly the same but i just made mine outa wood

Try buying fork savers...like $10
