Take a pic of our digi cams...hmm.....with what exactly? our digi cams? LOL....i spose i could take a pic of it in the mirror, after all, everything these days is done with smoke and mirrors...oh and rubber bands and staplers, but I couldn't get a pic of the back of it without a lot of stuffin around, so I'll just grab em off the net for convenience sake :)
Kodak DX4330 Easyshare:
* 3.1 Mega Pixels (Not the best, but does the job quite well for the average photographer)
* Takes vids with sound. (no time limit, just size limit, keep recording till ya fill up the memory, which is 16mb internal *i think*)
* Was around $700 when i got it a year and a bit ago
* Docking station / charger was $150
* Zoom is 3x optical and 3.3x digital (once again, nothing flash, but it does the job for the average user)
Those are the main few stats :)

Kodak DX6490
4.0mp
10x optical zoom, 6 times digital.
Takes amazing shots.
6 shot full sized sequences
Takes about 10 minutes of full quality video on a 128mb card
16mb internal memory.
We picked it up for $1000 with a case, spare battery and 128 mg card. Which is pretty damn good considering the camera's recommeded retail is $1000.
Here is the camera.

Hehe, Yes, what did you think Digital Camera's do? ofcourse they connect to ya PC lol....and although i could do with the money, i dont think i could part with my digi sorry. I dont believe Kodak actually make that model anymore either, the DX range has gone up a step and left the 43 series behind.

yeh, what model cybershot.
mine can hold 94 of the 640x480 pics, 36 1024x768, 24 2048x1024 and 16 of the big ****ers on the standard 16mb card.
u dont need the top shit unless ur gonna be printing them out full size on A3 paper. the most i reckon anyone would need would be 1024x768 which is 1.2mp

The Mp amount also have a bearing on the clarity of your shots. In the end it really depends on what you want it for.

not really, bigger the MP, bigger the photo.

Bigger the M.P the more pixels it has. That means more pixels per whatever the size of the picture. If you have more pixels that means more clarity. Grab one of adams shots and zoom in on it, you'll see a hell of a lot more pixels than if you get a picture taken by a 1.2 megapixel camera, make it the same size then zoom in. That's why adam's shots will lot a hell of a lot clearer than a 1.2 mp camera.

on my camera menu it says...........
VGA = 640x480
1.2M =1024x768
2.0M =2048x1024
2.8M(3:2) =2800x1024
3.1M =2800x2048
u cant go using 3.2MP on a 640x480 size pic, if u can, tell me how

I think it was about $500, I'm not quite sure. {It was a present}
Some Features are:
3.2 million pixels
1.8-inches amorphous silicon TFT LCD monitor (62,000 pixels)
1/2.7-inch CCD Sensor (Number of Total Pixels: 3.34 million pixels)
Storage media expandable from a standard 16MB(included) to 512MB
6x optical zoom
There was more, but it was a pretty long list.

Take a shot at 2800x2048 and rezise it to 640x480, it'll have more clarity then if you just take a shot at just 640x480. Why? Because the 2800x2048 has more pixels in it..more pixels = more clarity.

yeh, im getting confused. still trying to work out all the settings on this camera, i just stick it on auto lol.
it would be heaps better if u could do it on the camera instead of taking up space on the card and then doing it on the pc later.

Buy a bigger card, they are well worth the 100 bucks (or whatever you pay) I fit 128-138 full quality 2304x1536 shots on a 128mb card whic is pretty darn sweet.

Nahh bro, it's tiny. For some reason it looks really huge in that picture. But it's pretty small and doesn't weigh very much.
