how do i bend metal in a cemetrical curve for a ramp as i am short on tools and machenery..

To get it a nice curve you need to take the pipe to a machine shop or somthing where you can get it put though a pipe bender, so then it will be exact on both sides..

hey dud if u are realy broke
get your frame built all square and straight first except fro the curves
then use thinner rhs than normal and pull it down carefully and tack weld
dont do to much at a time otherwise the pressure and the heat will cause it to kink
then u will just need to brace it more as its thinner, not sayng its to much cheaper but if your in the middle of bum **** idaho like i was its a good option

hey mate , might be a lil late but dont try it yourself, doing this will make the steel weak and your ramp will be a waste of time, its about two hundred t get your steel rolled. This is done by a pro and will sustain maximum strength throughout the entire structure
