Internet Problems

i was wondering if anyone could help me out with my current problem with my internet, it seems that when i either go into "MCMFACTORY" or "MOTOCROSSMADNESS2" site i got to dowload a track, rider or bike and when i click on the button to download it, it just freezes my page for about ten seconds and does nothing does anyone know why cos i sure as hell dont ??

delete all the cookies and temp files

i tried that but still it coninues to freeze my page ???
