Hey all,
We had a big database crash yesterday/last night and after a heap of screwing around I got it all fixed however when I first load up the site I sometimes get a 404 error on the front page.. It loads then at the last second gets the error... It only happens for the first time when IE is first opened.. After I browse the site I can't duplicate the error.. What I am wondering is anyone else seeing this or is it one of my admin tools doing it?

Thanks
Adam

Ok well I worked out its Daylight saving time settings that is causing it. Until I work out how to fix to get rid of it do the following:

logout

close IE

Reopen IE and load the forums directly at: http://www.fmxaustralia.com/forum/index.php NOT the front page.

log in from there (the forums)

you should see a message saying DST time settings updated

Thats it, you shouldn't see the error again...

Yeah I was getting the message on Monday/Tuesday. Had no idea what was going on.

Can someone who hasn't done the above, close IE and then reload the main page, login, and tell me if you still see the error? I thinks I fixed it...

Yeah got the same over the last few weeks on odd occasions. Figured it was a DB error based on the message I was getting. Seems to clear it's self up. I figured it had sent you a message and you'd bounced the DB.
