The Double Grab is merely an extension off of the Superman Seat Grab, taking both hands and grabbing the Seat grab and extending back like a Superman. This trick is somewhat more difficult than what you may think, as taking both hands off handlebars and floating behind the bike is quite risky and confidence and skill in Seat Grabs is a must! Also the bigger the gap the better! 60foot or more :)

There are 2 ways of doing a Double Grab, by way of actually getting the grab. That is by letting go of handlebars at exact same time and grabbing the Seat Grab, or by Taking one hand back and grabbing while still on handlebars with other hand, and then extending your body in Superman style then reaching back with your other hand on the Seat Grab making a Double Grab. I will describe these in the Guide.

1. When you approach the ramp make sure you're heading straight up the centre of the ramp in good attacking position with your body back a little on the bike ready to to leave the bike as you leave the ramp.

2. As you leave the ramp you can do one of two things.
A) You can let go with both hands off the bars and reach straight back for the seat grabs. Take this step slowly because you may miss both grabs and you won't be able to help yourself get back on the bike. When you get the grabs you want to make sure you back is straight and your head comes down towards the tank/seat. Begin to then lift your legs up straight, if your back is straight, your legs will follow soon.
OR
B) You can let go with one hand, reach back and grab the seat grab, then extend yourself up just like a Superman Seat Grab, as your body is coming up and you feel you have enough momentum, you can then reach back with the other hand onto the Seat Grab and now you have a Double Grab.

3. It's best to keep your arms bent the entire time, as this will give you the leverage and strength to pull yourself back onto the bike for landing. Also make sure you are looking straight, I personally like to concentrate directly on the middle of my bars and look at the little Pro Taper print in between the barmounts :) This just centers your body and keeps your straight all the time.

4. When you come back for landing, you need to pull hard on the grabs. Pull your body up over the bike and when your head is almost on the handlebars, this is the best time to let go of the grabs and reach back for the handlebars. When you grab the bars your legs will have automatically began coming down to the footpegs ready for landing. Stand back up in normal position and have a safe landing.

You now have yourself a very nice Double Grab!!

To extend the Double Grab, you can either straighten your arms out, and/or point your body higher up into the air like a hart attack.

When you grab the seat Grabs, you can push down hard on the Grabs and this will straigthen your arms out. Steve Mini does this perfectly.

Good Luck! :afro:
