if anyone keeps breaking their clutch and break levers and perches put plumbers tape underneath the perch so when it hits the ground it slides around. Maybe you guys already know this but its handy and i thought i might tell some people that didnt know ive been doing it for a while and its saved me a bit of money on new levers works well with forged levers.:2thumbsup

yeah the tape works because its still tight, but when too much force is applied, it can slide stopping the lever snapping, but still being strong enough for when your riding, it doesnt move around. and the tape also stops your perches from scratching up your nice shiny hangers.

and.. you drill holes in the end of your lever, so when you crash, that is the weakest part and it will brake off, instead of breaking off the whole thing, so you wont have a clutch.
