Oil to petrol mix 01 RM 250

I just bought a an 01 RM250 and I am a bit sketchy as to what the bike shop told me to run. Does anyone know how many 'mils' of oil to 10 litres of fuel

lol i really used to run 30-1 in my rm 125 and it used to run sweet as and when i spoke to some people they were going its too much so yeah

run it 32:1 to be in the safe side

i would run 40:1.

whats the safe side? back in the day, my cousin's race team ran 50:1 on the YZ80's.

its what the bike is good for. most 125 and 250's are made for 40:1.

Yep, I had 98 RM250, basically same motor not much difference at all, and 40:1 was perfect

i run my rm80 at 40:1 n i ran my old yz80 at 40:1

ive got an 02 rm 250 and i run 40:1 usually if not leaner and it goes sweeeeeet! just make sure u use quality oil. if your only using semi synthetic oil id probly run it at 32:1 too b safe

i run mi KX125 at 40:1 goes likea dream. Dave use TTS i find it pritty good dont buy motul shit its not worth it for what u pay !

i run motul gearbox oil, but not with the fuel. i use mobil racing 2t

i asked at the bike shop and they said it would be ok,but i intended on getting 2 stroke next time. it seems alright though.

Hey Krazy1 I run 32:1 for sandy tracks and 40:1 for hard pack in my 01 YZ250. never had a problem. Good to see you have a 2 stroke

If you want one of the best stick with castrol TTS and BP 100 race fuel been
Running it in my rm 250 01 since I had it goes hard and runs
Clean.
