I am sorry, however, C.O.D. is probally one of the most expensive ways to shop in my store at this stage. My charges including australia posts charges and postage if my calculations are correct will be around $10 - $15 per averaged sized C.O.D. order.

I add a surcharge ontop of Australia posts charges for all C.O.D. orders under $250.

This is for a number of reasons, one is it is a fair bit of hassle to make up a COD order and it requires alot more time and trips to the post office on my part. Another is it takes time for me to receive payment for goods, it often takes 4 weeks sometimes more for me to see the $$. This is alot of $$ I would have sitting in post offices around Australia if people are slack picking orders up. C.O.D. orders could also never be picked up and I will be stuck with retreving the order and all costs and the inconvience..... I added C.O.D. really as a last resort option.


You would be much better off paying via direct deposit (electronic or walk into a bank and deposit) or via credit card. Direct deposit and Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards are not charged a surcharge. Paying via direct deposit, cheque or credit card means your order will also be delivered to your door... This is no need to go post office to pay / pickup...

Bank Deposit or "Electronic Transfer" works from transfering the cost of your products from your account to Adams "fmxaustralia.com store's" account. So all you need for this to work is your own account name, Bank Name, and an account number. Once you have placed your order and recieved a quote for the total price of your products, you can transfer the amount into the FMXAustralia.com online store account and your products will be dispatched once transaction is verified :). Too easy really. Quick and simple. Use it all the time myself :smoker2: Oh, and no, you dont need to be 18 or older, aslong as you have an account to transfer funds from,...and you actually have the funds in there to transfer lol ya set.

B-Pay and PayPal arn't actually setup yet, but should be available very soon after the shop opens. As far as my understanding goes, PayPal is pretty much like Direct Deposit "Electronic Transfer" only done over the net via Email.

I'm not sure if adam is keeping the paypal option because of it's inability to work with $AUD, but im sure you can work out with him to pay with pay pal aside from the automated online store.

Pay Pal works by letting you sign up and add your credit card information then pay people with either funds people have added to your Pay Pal account, or straight from your credit card, basically an online bank account.

What with this shop opening on Thursday, and the high interest in payment options I thought i should bring this to all your attention, soon as COD was one of the biggest of interest in the payment options:

CONSUMERS in Queensland are forking out more than $50 for a blank CD and scrunched up paper in a new scam, state officials said today.

Queensland Fair Trading Minister Margaret Keech said the victims received notification in the mail that they had received a cash-on-delivery (COD) package.

On arrival at the post office, they had to hand over more than $50 to pick up the delivery and pay for the postage costs, only to discover the whole thing was a Victorian-based rip-off, she said today.

An Australia Post spokeswoman said once the package had been opened the consumer could not get their money back, but they did have the right to view the package before opening.

She said the cost of the item, minus postage, was immediately sent by money order to the package's senders – in this case the scammers

A Queensland Fair Trading spokeswoman said she believed both Queensland and New South Wales had so far been targeted by the con, but no Australian resident was safe.

Ms Keech said the package was a brown A4-sized envelope addressed in large handwritten print.

"If you do not know the sender, are not expecting anything or have not entered a competition, think twice before handing over your money," she said.

Ms Keech said the scammers were currently being watched by police and fair trading officials in Queensland and NSW.

So just as a warning, if you do end up ordering from FMXAustralia.com via COD, make sure you check the senders address and check the package BEFORE you pay....

Ok, Sorry for the delays peoples... Let me explain whats going on..

I was told when I applied for a Merchant account (accept credit cards) that if approved, I should be up and running by yesterday.... I had heard nothing, so I rang to today to find out whats going on... Turns out they haven't even approved me yet and they can actually take upto 2 months to approve it if they feel like it!!!!!! sigh... The guy I spoke to though said I should be sweet by early next week... I hope so, but for now atleast I've got no credit card proccessing....

I really didnt want to open the store till 100% ready. The site is probally around 95% done and product wise, I probally only added around 50%... There is heaps more to add and do but trying to sort everything out has just left me with not enough time in the day......

Now, I'm not around much for the next 3 days, I've got a couple of events to shoot off and photograph and Im JP's pit monkey at one of them.... I promised to open today though, so I will, however, not all products are listed, some that are there don't have the prices listed yet and the site needs a few more tweeks...

You are welcome to go have a look at whats there, order available products via the available payment options or preorder for when credit card proccessing is available, hopefully next week.... Please please though, as I said I've opened early so you lot can check it out, and they is still lots more work to do... Please be patient, it will get there in the next week or so....

just checkout as normal and select money order as the payment option... It will then give you a addy to send the money order too and email you your order details. Please try and remember to write the order number (its in the email) on the back of the money order... Its not totally needed but would make my life easier... :)
