Newbie in Brisbane

Hey all, :hello: im new to this site and relatively new to riding, just thought i would introduce myself. Currently riding a lil 125 thumpster which is awesome fun but going to upgrade to a CR125. Live in Brisbane on the southside and go riding with my bro and his mates.

Where abouts does everyone go riding in brissy, considering Black Duck is now shut :s: and i cant seem to ride on my own 20 acres cause of neighbours complaining!!! :08ban:

yep, got a grumpy old man on one side that complains when we ride (which isnt all that often) so yeah makes it hard, i spoke to the cops to see what our rights are and they said he cant do anything untill he makes a formal complaint but yeah my parents are sick of him complaining so dont want us riding too often :axe:

Well i used to go to BDV like almost every 3rd weekend :( So now im just left with riding at Ripley....
Or if i want to ride in a bush, since i live in a real new estate (only like 3 of us in my street, lol) i just go to the end and im right in some bush where i hear about 10 bikes riding in every day, lol. But i hardly go in there :P

im from brisbane and i usually go to manar which is near proston Qld..or Louee/rover park..which is in nsw..It scuks that BDV had to shut :(

when i ride at my mates house the neighbour complains too, like you said they cant do anything. i just pin it along his fence line to piss him off and tell him to stop complaining otherwise i'll keep doing it instead of riding way down the back of the property.

I tell ya....after hearing all thses complaint stories, i'm glad i got 60,000 acres of my own private land to ride on.. :) :p

Dont worry bout that old fool, I had a neighbour just like that I just kept riding, It pissed his old ass off that much he come into my property with a golf club and tryed running after my Cr250 then I called the pigs they told him I could charge his old ass with tresspassing which I didnt. After that I had no more probs with him. The funny thing is I live in the suburbs now and no one gives a shit. Old people suck is the moral of the story!!:rofl:

i got the same problem... just moved to southside brissy at tarragindi now i have no clue where to ride... might have start riding mx tracks again :(
