gaps for seat grabs

I was wondering if any one new the best gap for a seat grab? Is this to small?

Umm.. Depends on a few things. How big is that ramp? Is it just me or does it only look quite tiny? About a metre high? Or is it an optical illusion and it's actually bigger because dirt is in the road?

Secondly Depends how much air time you've managed to get yourself there? and how quick or slow the jump actually makes you.

I have a video showing how I Seat Grab over 20 Foot gap. This is because I know exactly what I want to do, and when I'm going to do it. When you first learn to Seat Grab, you may need more time to figure out how much time you want to jump and how much time it takes to grab the bike, extend legs, grab back on and land.

is that a cr230F??????, if it is how does the suspention hold up?

no it's a CRF150F and yes the suspension didn't hold up on that jump but now a have a complete different set up it does because before the suspension was too small and now the ramp is at 30foot.

the gap in the photo isnt big enough, i rekon 40 foot minimum and 50 to 60 foot is perfect for ssgs

I'm tryin it off 60-65ft off a full size ramp, Aussie Comp. Me best mate learnt it and pulled it at around 45 or so though... Before he stopped riding that is. Here he is.
