i just moved house and i rand telstra to get my phone tranfered to my new place they said no worries it will be done tommorrow but they took a week to get it done i rung twice a day trying to find out why but they just keep say it was in the process what a joke it sucked no phone and no internet screw telstra they make more and more money each year but they do stuff all for people paying the bill there customers they suck:mad: :mad: :mad:

I can relate....we moved 2 months ago, and it took 3 weeks for our phone line to be connected and activated. :headbutt:

Seems everyone (including me) has a personal hate for Telstra. Makes you wonder why they are the premier telephone company is Aus lol.

me 2 i hate telstra with a passion except when u find roughts for em seriously its like a thrash card when u get the roughts going for ya

telstra have been pretty good 2 me when i moved into a flat a few yrs ago some nobhead had cut the fone line, it took telstra 5 weeks 2 come fix it but they credit my phone bill with $900 i was happy with that

yeah bunch of ****ing rip off merchants got a letter today from them they are increasing line rental fees and call connection fees, they already make a killing

yeh I hate them too, for some reason they think they can charge me like $200 bux for a mobile bill??!!! oh wait thats just me cos I talk to much, lol, nah they have been ok for me but then again if you live in a dead zone like Brad it's no wonder (jk) :p

telstra take it in the butt. we moved hopseu and it took them 2weeks to connect our line wheb they said it would take no more than a day after we shifted in.

yeh poofters, they took 1 week to get my internet going. i done everything right, and i keep saying check your exchange box.
they were saying, no no, everything is alright it should be working. then i got a technician out, and guess what.........
they didnt do there crap at the exchange. anyway i got 3 months free broadband and didnt have to pay for the technician to come out.
