Ok i may sound like a prick but i belive that there is to many mods on this site and more than half of the mods dont do a thing i think that dv, ausfmx.com, the joe show, crusty demon 69, eightball, sturto dont do what there required to do as mods so whats hte point of having them as mods when you could have more people on there like mungo that contribute to the site as moderators. adam it may be time for a moderator change or cut downt he lsit of mods and i deifently belive that snitz should be a mod

yeh sum of them dont realy do 2 much round here but i dont realy c the point in taking them off. i mean its not like its hurting ne1 by having them as moderators. if more are needed just add them as well

yeah theres 2 many mods anyway keep joe show shes nice lol but serious some mods dont do shit snitz is a mod now hehe he does more thatn what half of the mods do now .

I would and will ask any of the mods, I (as in ME) think aren't doing a whole lot of contributing, if they wish to maybe "resign" or whether they are prepared to put in a little more time...

Some mods, like Crusty for example don't come on here till very late and sometimes you the users, wont see or know who has done some of the "moderating" duties... That and the fact Mungo has probally beaten them to most of the days posts if they come on late, then there may only have a few new posts to "moderate"....

Also Some mods are mods of only one forum and only really do anything in there. Eightball for example only really uses the BMX forum and ReTaRd the Slur forums...

Umm dang, thanks to a phone call, I forget what I just said and I cant be bothered reading it again lol so umm yer basicly its my decision and everyone seems to be on here every so often doing something... ;)

There is after all no rule saying if your a mod you must be on here X amount of hours a day... Almost every mod I have here earned the right to be a mod and its not something they would lose easy. People do have lives outside this site and sometimes other things become a little more important than this site... ;)

lol it's funny how many people ask me "how do i become mod" or something along those lines, to everyone that asks i simply state it's a lot of things rolled into one, but it mainly comes down to responsability, whichh is something i wouldn't trust too many people around here with. It's a rare quality :)
