as seems to be the trend at the moment i went to the trouble of polishing my frame up on my CR (and a very brief touch up of the muffler). Just used plain old autosol and much elbow grease. Like wayne said in another post, my fingers were bloody sore hahah. But here be the results hurrah!!...

thats about right topgear. acerbis and UFO are a bit more expensive.
probably spent about an hour on each side of the frame i suppose.. not too sure

looks nice.
makes me want a 4banger.

i need black plastics.
but i want a gripper seat. so i can hold onto the bike a bit better. i did my silencer, it turned out almost as good as that, but the end peice was rippled, guess thats the way that they make em factory on the 2000 cr's and it looks shit polished. least yours dosent have what mine did.

every time u clean ya bike, jsut give it a quick once over with the autosol and it will keep shiney forever.

Good idea only doing that top section of your frame. Its very hard to keep polished if ya boota are rubbing on it. I did my kick starter once when I was polishing my exhaust ports. Looks good, but a pain to keep polished.
