Thought i start this link on the many injuries we alll get


Here is my collar bone afther i came off my bike ... and after surgery,
came offf after landing a 60 ft jump.

Serious Injuries (From both dirt & road bikes) So far: :harp:

1. (Pics Below! :eyebrows: ) Broke my fingers in the palm of right hand, completely shattered my right wrist and had a spiral fracture from right wrist to elbow. I awoke to the docs talking about amputating it was that screwed up. As well as the external fixitors and the plate & screws, I also had a bone graft from my hip to my wrist which you can see in the second pic down... 8 months off work.. Worst Pain I've ever felt and 8 operations & daily physio....

2. Broke left wrist, plate & screws which I've just had removed. 3 Months off work and more physio. Again on road bike.

3. Broke both collar bones and sternam, jumping dirt bikes... Was awful painfull to cough. Plate and screws in collar bone, also just removed. More time off work and the bike and even more physio...

4. Numerous other injuries, concussions and cuts ect. Including coming off on ashphalt in shorts at 120+ km/h and grinding my arse cheeks off.. Couldn't sit for weeks... ;doh; The rest I can't or don't want to remember...

Plates and Screws look the coolest in X-Rays, and alls i can say is the Docs will never be builders aye, they can never seem to get those screws straight lol, just whack em in willy nillly :p How recent was this anyways?

i hurt my finger LOL.
it was on the boxing bag, dunow what ive done but it aint broken and it cant move propley, might go to the doctors and see, one day, if i feel like it.

heres my knee i wasnt wearing knee gaurds my leg got caught int he back wheel and the disk spun round and chewed it up

ive mangled my body many times but never riding....

smashed my finger in a train door inbetween carriages...crushed all the bone in my finger...

had a heap of stiches....

droped a huge sliding door on my big toe...took the nail off and crushed the bone once again...

I broke both my wrists skating. Also broke my ankle last april. Thats about it.
