is it just me or did anyone think it was abit of BS of all the hype it was suppose to be??

don't get me wrong, best game i have ever played.. i feel like the biggest nerd though.. i've had it for 5 days and passed it already.. the main missions and shit, everything else yeah is just more $$.

and for $120 i thought it would be pretty long and shit.. didnt last very long, if i remember correctly, like 20 hours it took me.. sounds like a long time but seriously doesn't feel like it when you play it hahahaha.. i thought i was palying it for 20 mins and relised i was playing for 2 hours.. wow hahaha

but yeah anyway.. guess just wait till what other people say.

GOOD game, just wasn't long enough.. tehy spent $100 million to make it.. and i passed it in 5 days.. hahaha wowowowowow.

seriously, San Andreas went for ****ing ages, and it actually was abit challenging.. that game was ****ing pimp. best game ever.

GTA4 is the best aswell, but just went way too short. i got on the 3rd island pretty quickly.

Iv only done 20% and about sick of it, San Andreas was better, the standard version was only $84 so wasn't priced too bad

im guessing thats why it so cheap at jb did the other copy's come with the bag and lockable case thats the only way i could see it $40 dearer

$120 was just the game. i sorta now relise i got ripped ahahaha. game isnt worth $120 when i finished it in 5 days :| :| :|

Well the US version wont work because of the region settings. I got the UK version coming off ebay. I hear it has alot more gore.

And Dalt, i think they put alot of development into online multiplayer. Might be some of the reason the game isnt as big.

Halo 3 i finished the day i got it, COD4 i finished my mates copy.

Halo 3 owns online multiplayer though. I played GTA IV online with my friends copy the other day. Was ok, really hard to get used to the controls though since i'm only used to playing that GTA series on playstation.

i agree doesnt live up to the hype at all , and you's all saying its still a effing good game , i dissagree i really dont like it ..i picked it up the first day it came out played it for 1 hour was over it , cant be bothered doing mission done it all before on the other gta's pretty much the exact same missions going? do a drug deal , kill this nigga .... do a car race..and even walking around blowing shit up isnt even fun... the map is gay , san andreas was the bomb i reckon id rather run around and do shit on san andreas tha maps way better lots of country ish places not like one stupid big city... after i finished san andreas wich took me ages!!!! i played it for like years! litereally years untill i got bored just doing up cars flying planes into shit skydiving was rad, if they braught out san andreas online!! :P that would be mad cool......

cant fly planes!!! the view is all muffed up driving a car around a corner you cant see shit , i mean theres a Shit load of stuff you can do and heeps of small details but really i dont find all the new good graphics and stuff fun?
and seriosly that view!!!! name one goddam person in the world that would rather that view then a normal view like the other GTA's???? dont no how they settled on that view?? weird... i reckon

i still play it now and then and go online and do car races thats pretty fun nocking other c%$nts off the road and shooting there tyres out and shit but untill my xbox live runs out i will always be playing Call Of Duty 4 ONLINE!!!!!!! best flippen game going.
maybe its because ive gotten a lil older and just gotten over those sort of games coz i was pretty young while playing sand andreas and all that and fudging luved!!! it just driving round and shizzz!!!! lol well anywhoo

thats exactly how I feel about gta 4, I liked the fact in san andreas you could do the random pointless shit like go to the gym, tattoos, haircuts, being fat.....now it just feels like its a hitman game or something.

I got it on the PS3, not that far into the game yet as i hardly have time to play it, but my 10 year old brother has finished it :P

Not every GTA will be the same, otherwise you'll feel like your playing the same shit, everytime. My brother and I play random stuff on IV allll the time, and we never get bored of it. In GTA: SA, going to the gym, getting haircuts and getting tattoo's got extremely boring, real quick, because once you've done it a few times, theres no novelty left. I found it a chore to make CJ go to the gym to keep fit, because it was so damn boring........... I also found the AI in SA, predictable and also boring after a while. I loved GTA: SA, finished it in a few days, but now i've got my hands on IV, i like it better because its re-freshing from SA.

I walked into a strip club (in IV) just to start crap with the bouncers/security, ran out drove a few blocks away and as i came back someone started shooting at my car a few streets away from the club, killed them and i realised it was one of the bouncers that had been looking for me! Went back into the clubs car park, jumped out and there ya go, another bouncer tried running me over in a car..... now you cant tell me that in IV you 'just cant have fun', because you sure can!

My brother and I also have comps to see who can kill themself's in the least amount of accidents on a bike (watching Niko tumble along is pretty awesome, pretty much life like, unlike SA!) Hell its even fun crashing into other cars to see how much damage we can inflict and how many times either us or the other driver smashes through the windscreen on impact, OR how many passangers/drivers in the other car we can knock out / kill from the impact of the crash. There's also, hitting a pedestrian so they go up onto your windscreen and seeing how long they can stay there before they fall off your car whilst driving.... All of the crashes and damages to your vehicle also look pretty awesome, unlike SA, once again!!

I can tell you heaps of fun things to do in IV, that are much better than the stuff you can do in SA.... people just dont 'explore the gameplay and atmosphere' in IV much by the sounds of it.... :P ;)

i was mega stoked on the game but as soon as i finished it it lost its apeal. i tried to re ignite my love for it by doing the extra missions and challenges but... alas without the story line it just kind of fizzled out. not like oblivion that game is amazing. oh yes my pretty i will alwasy have time for you.. one day.. one day i will complete you. i swaer. shhhh be still little one i wont be long. shhhh
