i am about 160cm tall and am on a ktm 250f and find it really hard to do triks where you bring your legs over the seat such as nac nac's or can can's, because i cant lift my legs high enough... used to be able to do em on my 85 but now i cant anymore... anyone got any tips?

Instead of doing a can, do a double can. it should be easier to throw your legs around then.
Have a look on youtube at tommy clowers and see what he does.

i'm rather short too but i find it is way easier to do nacs when you have the front end up high. "Give it some gas to put down it's a**

im like 155 and i ride an 05 yz 125, cant do any tricks like that as of yet (only ridden twice since injury) and i have a cut down fmx seat, found it easy to ride in general because i dont have something hitting me in the ass after every bump, but i would definately not be able to can, i waould definately have to jump up holding the non-canning leg beside the tank or double can

raise your foot pegs up, this would be the easiest way to help.

yes it is too big really is a lil too big, but your taller than me by about 2", you will find it better than me. i have a cut seat, this makes it sooo much better too ride, your not getting a seat up your clacker off every little bump. and for getting on and off, i stand on something to kick start it then off i go, i usually jump off when i stop, couldnt be bothered holding it by my tip toes.
also if you get like a cr or something other than a yz you probably wont have this problem as the crs come standard 5cm lower seat hieght than the yz's, then you could cut that seat down even lower etc
sorry for hijacking a second time

sorry mate i forgot about this thread, can get those wideners, and weld them up higher. or modify originals ones, cut and reweld, make sure to brace them. if ya not comfortable doing that get a professional to do it.
