Could be Many things, do a basic check of your bike,
Fuel - is it on? (Silly question I know but the best of us forget)
- is there crap around the little filter in your petrol tank and check fuel lines to carby
- have a squiz at Carby and see if theres any dirt in it and if it opens up when you open up throttle
Can you kick the motor over at all?
Was it smoking bad before it stopped
Any strange noises??
Let us know and maybe someone with experience can help you further

fuel tap is a *****, when ever i think my bike has shit itself, someone goes is the petrol turned on. i go of corse its on, then i go look and its off hahahaha.
could it be gearbox oil ?? on my kx125 if i had too much gearbox oil in it would run shitty and just bog down heaps.
might of fouled a plug, replace it and see what happens.
u could of fried your rings. check them if nothing else works.

im doubting that the rings are fried as seeing they are new.

yea but rings that are new can still be fried, exspecially if they are put in wrong. but it could be many things.
to check the rings take the plug out and stick the tip of your finger in the plug hole (not to far) and have some one kick it over if it doesnt blow your finger out of the cilinder because of the pressure then your frings are fried
