Who's in chat...

I've added a little hack so you can now see who is in the chat under the normal forums who's online.... It updates every 120 seconds and at the moment it doesn't work on the main page but it works on main forum listing page (down the bottom).

I'm working on getting it to work on the main page and it should do so after tonight if all goes well...
