I was just wondering if this thing whould work? Is the radius ok and are the beams in the right place? If it is I will build it, I dont understant any of the other ramp plans so I did this one nice and simple/easy to understand.....
(this is a scale plan of 1cm to 10cm )

And this one is to see if you like the radius.
Cheers!

looks fine to me, but ya may have overdone it with the side supports just a lil lol. If ya use the correct size steel, such as 40 x 40 x 3 RHS ya should only need around half of those. However, since ya said your using only half that size at 20mm, then they may all need to be in there for extra support. Check your steel prices, cause it may cost more putting more cheaper steel in, than it would be to use less supports and get dearer steel like 40mm. As for the radius, it looks ok, although it looks free hand drawn and not constant, so i guess ya have no actual idea on what curve it is.
But as i tell everyone that asks me about ramp plans and transition sizes, there is no real way ya can stuff it up, all ramps will work aslong as ya not completly retarded and make it steep as all shit so it's like a wall when ya hit it, give it enough length so the curve is smooth and they will work fine. The only thing that makes a ramp shit is if you dont make it how YOU want it. You've just gotta decide what ya wanna do with it:
Go high: Tighten the radius (Smaller cm curve)
Go Long: Loosen the radius (Bigger cm curve)
High & Long: standard curve (910cm Constant)
Good Luck

they look killer aye , i think you did that on paint and thats what i did its hard to get a real smooth curve on paint for some reason it always comes out sorta weird no matter how much ya move the prick around.

Way too heavy and cost a fortune to build.. Is Donald Trump your dad..? You could cut like 40-50kg's off that without even having a problem with safety... You can take out the horizontals.. They will do f'all from a structure perspective with regard to making it more stable.. And you could loose half the angled supports.. If you use triangles in the structure they will be amazing efficent in creating support so you don't need anywhere as many as you think.. I counted 16, try and get it down to no more than 6 or 7..

what nolomits said is true,it will way a ton and will cost you twice as much to build.use 40mm rhs instead of 20,it will work out cheaper and still as safe.looks good though and this is only constructive critism by evryone aswell.
let us know how it goes.

oi I_Bleed_Blue. If you want to go halves in materials we may be able to work something out. I can get one built for free and i have live 30m of free steel commin. PM me about it if ya interested.
