hey just wondering if anyones has any pictures that they could russle up a tutorial for me, i need to replace my bearing bad, every time i had a bump, or any rough ground, i can hear ( and feel for that matter ) them shkaing and that. never pulled much off a pushy before ? so can any one lend us a hand ?

hey mate, im the guy who you should talk to about this stuff, but i dont have the time right now, so go to www.farkin.net and look in the bike fixing forum and you will find everything you need, much better than here.

yeah normally i would be happy to help but i gotta work on my bike for racing this weekend so i dont have time for pictures and shit sorry

nar its kool mate, they don't need doing, i had a better look, and the forks are that raped that the innner tube moves in relation to its outer tube... farked...
