no riding for me for ages i went to get my cat scan results today and i got a inlarged disk in my back and if i get a hit to it or put pressue on it it will rupture and i will need a operation and maybe a wheelchair person

Yeah, sorry to hear the bad news Mat, one thing I know is DONT F*CK AROUND WITH BACKS!, if the doc says not to do something, dont even think about it. As you've said, you could be a "wheelchair person". Mungoman58 and myself have both had bad experiences from back injuries, and backbraces and wheelchairs are not fun things to contemplate, let alone bein paralized. So rest up mate, take it easy, and i wish ya a speedy recovery :cool:
