KX-F and RM-Z are essentially the exact same bike except for the plastics, so buy the KX-F if u can get it for 8 grand, because they have more bottom than the YZ-F, and if u prefer a RM over KX, just get yellow plastics, no one would ever know.

They're all great bikes, just depends on what colour tickles your fancy.
I've ridden an RM-Z at Parwan and it was awesome (It was the best feeling bike I've ridden, it's ergonomics were suited PERFECTLY to me, I'm about 80kg's, 185cms tall and it was just brilliant). (Also the KX-F is exactly same bike)
I just bought a new YZ-F and it is so much more powerful than I ever imagined it would be. I love it and don't think I'll ever change back to 2stroke now.
And with Honda, well they've always produced quality motorcycles, there is no reason to doubt their bikes, although talking with bike shops while I was hunting for my new bike, the one comment about the new CR-F's was that the Valves seem to be a bit dodgy in them. I can't remember the specifics of it, but alot of bike shops have had to redo the valves in most CR-F's they've sold and suggested to use Valve Saver (A liquid that u put in your fuel to just make it a fraction thicker)
So whatever is your favourite colour, Go for it. Whatever is cheapest too, as they will all perform about the same. Happy Hunting :)

Go the YZF, Yamaha has a 4 year history behind hem, they are great bikes all round, RMZ and KXF both have cooling problems, and im sure the CRF is gonna have some bugs in it, Go with Yamaha.

you wont trade your bike in for 4500, even the biggest dealers, eg peter stevens will only give you 3500 max for it

nah it couldnt be that bad could it
the guy at the local yamie in sunbury said that if i sell it i would get around 5500-6000 and then he said bring it in and we will trade it in for a new bike so i will take it down and see hoe much he offers me for it
