Nah I know what you're talkin about. It's a glitch with the graphics card, possibly drivers. I've seen it happen a lot, can't quite remember how to fix it though... Try restarting the computer if it annoys ya that much and it should be ok for a while, perhaps you could also update the video card drivers.

mine does this thing where i go to scroll down or up n as soon as i let go of the mouse it goes back up to the top, but all i do is use the arrows on hte keyboard n it goes away.
