try clinking on UserCP, then click on edit aviator!!
Should do the trick!

thanx alot mate. is it posible to make an image smaller kb so i can have a pic of me on there?

When you resize picture you click on advanced,and you custom size your pic!Has to be 120x120 pixels?Then it should work?
