This a question for any one that has polished somthing on their bike. I was cleaning my garage and found some of my dad's old Turtle Wax for polishing crome. It says 1981, but it worked great on the bumper of my truck so it still works, but I was wonderin if it would work for polishing up my frame, honda Cr, and my silencer?

thanks

with the scratches u can do numerous things to it, ones buff the hell out of it till its smooth again (not really recommended) the other is to polish the area of where its scratched and polish it till its smooth again, similar to buffing but more controlled and better overall finish, and the 3rd and im not sure if this is the best idea is to get super fine sandpaper (2000+) and sand it slightly back then polish the area, i've only heard of that, as i dont have a CR i couldn't tell you how effective it is, sorry thats all i can add.

just get some brightshine ( little yellow tin) from super cheap and be prepared to put in some elbow grease. or stick a buff pad on ya drill.
