There's plenty of fmx compounds around the Sydney area ya just gota get out there and meet people... But ummm Mt Kembler or Appin would be your best bet Skye.

Im not a big fan of pacific park. I personally hate that place.
Nowra is a good place to ride. I damaged my C2 and C5 there haha .
I now ride alone with TFMX.

they only have little dirt ones
me and mates are building swt compound at morissset but its not in syd =)
