Check out my new portable. At 2.4 meters wide it has to be one of the fattest around. This ramp was broken in at X-Air and was the favorite ramp.. used 90% of the time.It is still getting finished. We will enclose thae whole thing and there should be room to put my bike underneath and all my gear. First two pics are in the "travel" position

Fat for two reasons.
Yeah Andy two bikes at same time. reacon that'll be sick. could be the start off syncronised fmx
and I need a fat ramp to practice the mulisha twist.
The missus would get real shitty if I took the trx over it....

Cheers guys. I will definatly post pics as soon as I try 360. As for side by side , we are getting there. Its kinda freaky ridin on the edges. But soon. I am milking cows @ 1 hour south of Hamilton, NZ, so ridin has to fit around that. But soon milking finishes and I can spend all day ridin:D

Hillbilly
13th May 2004, 01:01 PM
Hey guys... Foam pit? Would love to put it into a foam pit but no one has one over here.
Mullisha twist will have to be started at a lake I think and then I will have to "take a ****** and get hard" and practice on dirt.
The ramp has so far cost @ $7000. I need another grand to finish it. We are going to put sides on it and then I can get my bike underneath it and travel with all my gear. I don't know how many hours me and the boys have put in as well but I do know we spent a few nights into the wee hours. Oh and four bottles of Jack Daniels.:drink: but I think another couple of bottles to help finish as well.

Well shes not completely finished but bloody close to it. All we need now is to hook up a winch to raise and lower the front and it is done. We have built a door on the side and the bike fits in nicely and with room for all my other shit.

And it did take another couple of bottles of Jack Daniels to finish...
I would like to thank the Team Rat crew for the hundreds of man hours spent on this project. Also Jack Daniels, The Bike Shop, Custom Design Graphics and "Baldy Man"
