sounds like your either taking your feet off to quick and bein booted by the bike or your jumping to much, try to just put your feet outwards first without moving up

try heel clickers man, there basically an extension of a no footer, just start workin on getting you feet up towards your head then try and get them around the bars and click

If you dont like taking your hands off the bars, try one handers. Just barely loosen your grip on the bars at first, then a little bit off the bars, and then a little more, and so on with both hands. Eventually, do it with both hands.

yeah mate when i first wanted to expand from the good ol no footer i just started sitting down and doin them! From there i started putting my feet forward more to the point where they were goin straight out in front!! I then just started to lean back while doing this and puttting my head back (with my hands still on the bars!) which is called a coffin!
Then i experimented with taking just one hand off and eventually two which is when the lazyboy was born!!!
And back then it was only of about a 35FT tabletop so u don't need too much of big jump just commitment!!!
Hope it all helps buddy!!
